A Bespoke Greenhouse to Blend Seamlessly with the Surrounding Landscape

Wood Sage (RAL 7032)

Our client first heard of Alitex through lockdown where he was looking online for traditional Victorian greenhouses; during his search, he came across Alitex and recognised us from our advertisements with Country Life.

Whilst lockdown meant they couldn’t indulge in their hobbies such as skiing and sailing, they have been spending more time at home and wished to incorporate a structure that was built to last. As an Alitex greenhouse offers a beautiful growing environment, with the benefits of durable powder-coated aluminium, it matched their criteria. Our client stated ‘There was no other choice, the Alitex greenhouse ticked all the boxes’.

Opting for the colour Wood Sage, our client determined that this blended in best with the rest of the property, the surrounding garden and the trees located behind the greenhouse.

One of the first things that was put into the greenhouse was a tortoise; not a live one, a figurine from the garden who needed a new home.

Whilst they are at the beginning of their growing journey, the greenhouse has provided a multifunctional space. Somewhere to sit and enjoy their garden as well as start to cultivate their passion for growing so they can ensure an abundance of plants for the spring and summer months.
