Return Eligibility
You may return your Cloche within 14 days of receiving your order, providing that the following conditions are met:
- Condition: The Cloche must be undamaged, unused and returned in its original packaging. If it shows signs of wear, it may not be eligible for return.
- Packaging: The Cloche must be returned in its original packaging and must include all parts and instructions.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is compulsory for all returns. This can be your order number or receipt.
- Return shipping: Unless the product is faulty, you are responsible for the cost and handling of returns.
Non- Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns, including:
- Used cloches: Cloches that have been used in any way will not be an acceptable return
- Damaged or missing parts: If damaged during set up, the cloche cannot be returned, unless however the Cloche is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process:
In order to initiate a return for your Cloche, follow the following steps:

- Prepare for return: Carefully repack the cloche in the original packaging. Ensure all parts, including the instruction manual, are included.
- Return shipping: Unless the Cloche is defective or damaged, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Cloches:
If your order arrives damaged or missing parts, we will resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:
- Inspect on arrival: When receiving your order, carefully inspect your Cloche for missing contents or damage
- Report the problem: Contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos of damage. We will then review the problem and resolve it efficiently
- Return order for damaged items: If the Cloche is damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover any costs of return delivery.
- Receive replacement or refund: If available, we will send you a replacement Cloche or issue a full refund to your original payment method, depending on your final decision.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed yet this may be possible. However, once the order is processed this may not be possible.
Refunds: Once we have received the returned Cloche and verify that it meets all of the return criteria’s, we will process your refund.
