Marketing Assistant
Full time maternity cover
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support our marketing, retail and e-commerce activity across the UK and USA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain practical, hands-on marketing experience in a supportive team.
You’ll help keep activity on track by gathering KPI data, assisting with copywriting and proofing, supporting omni-channel campaigns, and helping with event and marketing administration. You’ll also maintain trackers and timelines to ensure projects run smoothly.
We’re looking for someone organised, enthusiastic and eager to learn, with strong written skills, attention to detail, confidence with data and a proactive mindset. An understanding of omni-channel marketing and a willingness to learn new systems is essential. Previous experience is preferable but not required.
Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours), with flexibility for events. Salary is £28,000–£30,000 depending on experience.

Events Manager
Full time
As Events Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of events across our UK and USA markets, ensuring each one reflects the best of Alitex and connects with our audience.
You’ll manage end-to-end event delivery, including logistics, suppliers, venues, partners and staffing, while setting and tracking KPIs and overseeing the events budget. You’ll help develop event marketing materials, identify new opportunities, report on performance and make recommendations for future improvements.
We’re looking for an organised, creative and confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Proven experience in events management and budget handling is essential, along with strong attention to detail and relationship-building skills.
Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours), with additional work required during events and at weekends (time off in lieu provided). Salary is £34,000 per annum.
