Join Head Gardener Ollie Hutson and Chef James Golding, as they reveal how they make their menu work with home-grown vegetables, salad crops, flowers and herbs.

In their beautiful walled garden, complete with an Alitex bespoke greenhouse, Ollie supplies huge demand from the restaurant, ensuring a vibrant locally sourced menu. 

This is the third year for this popular event and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do – it’s the kind of unique experience which provides a peek behind the scenes of this popular destination restaurant (and rooms!)
