At the very heart of the meaning of an Alitex “no-obligation” visit, one of our qualified team visit you in your home to discuss your project – be it for a glasshouse or conservatory, at no cost to you and with no obligation on your part.
You have the benefit of our sixty years of designing and manufacturing the highest quality aluminium and glass structures and we are well placed to answer your questions. As Tom Hall, our managing director says, “we offer advice and guidance, at no cost to the customer, and attempt to reach a mutual understanding of what would be the best structure for that situation.” (The Alitex team pictured).
Nick Bashford an Alitex director comments: “We discuss initial concepts without any commitment, exploring potential budgets and challenges – it provides people who are not yet our customers with a gauge and what they can expect from Alitex in terms of product and service.”
Past Alitex clients have always found a home visit to be very worthwhile as it helps shape thought and provides a solid understanding of possibilities (and limitations.) It is important from an Alitex point of view to come along to your home and chat because as Mike Wallis an old hand after decades of working at Alitex comments: “It is a good idea to see the house and garden of a customer to discuss their requirements and get a feel for what is needed – size and style of greenhouse are all factors to consider and the type of useful advice people are looking to us for.” Amanda Stephens, a fellow team member agrees: “Primarily our clients want advice about the siting of their greenhouse – to address the right light for the best growing conditions, the best vantage from the home, and then of course which design would best suit.”
Jessica Tubb who is the customer point many past customers will recognise, stresses the importance of seeing the whole garden and providing a context for any recommendations Alitex make. Elaine Mallery, part of the sales team also thinks that preliminary dimensions taken at the time provide the rest of the team back at company headquarters (Torberry) with an idea of what might happen – allowing other team members the opportunity to contribute from their own experience. To book your home visit please contact us today.
If you are not that far along with your plans and simply want to know who Alitex are and learn more about the powder coated aluminium greenhouses, conservatories and atriums we design and manufacture come along to one of our seasonal open days. This is the perfect opportunity to see behind the scenes at Alitex with a tour of the factory and design demonstration. There are always lots of Alitex sales team members around to discuss your particular project – we also have a number of show structures to explore.(pictured the Mottisfont from the National Trust Collection at Torberry.)
