There seems to be a running theme at Alitex Open Days that the winter events seem to be bathed in sunshine and glorious blue skies, whilst the “summer,” ones involve scurrying between the greenhouses and conservatories at Torberry to avoid summer showers. And Saturday’s Open Morning was no different.
For what felt like the first time this year, the sun came out to melt away the last of the snow and the blue skies brought visitors to our first event of 2013, the Alitex Open Morning. We encourage anyone interested in the Alitex products to come along and learn for themselves why we feel confident offering a lifetime guarantee. An encouraging number of guests booked in to talk to specific members of the team about their own projects, plus we were able to welcome some last minute visitors who enjoyed the factory tour and design office demonstration. There were lots of Alitex team members on hand to talk through specific detailed conservatory plans or simply to chat about the pleasure of gardening in an Alitex greenhouse .
With a run on bacon rolls and hot drinks, we were all kept busy chatting to our guests in the atrium, which was bathed in sunlight and felt almost tropical.
It was a lovely morning here and whilst we all enjoyed meeting interested guests, we hope you got something out of it too. If you would like to come and look around our factory or see how we work please just call us. We do our best to accommodate individual requests, however our next Open Day in Spring is Saturday 20th April, more details to follow.
