Your Conservatory Project

We use the finest quality materials to help you to create a serene and elegant atmosphere for your home, be it contemporary or traditional.

Whether you are planning to expand your living or dining area, or are simply creating a peaceful retreat to relax in, our structure enhances your environment and add to your home. Our conservatory gallery displays examples of our work, so you can gather inspiration before getting in touch.

Your project

At Alitex, it is you and your home that determine the design of your conservatory. To ensure that we fully appreciate your project and surroundings, it is important for one of our expert designers to visit you at home. After our assessment, we return to our design office and explore all the options and configurations for your project.

Building a conservatory can be a rewarding project, in which you have complete autonomy. From experience, the more time spent with us during the planning phase, the better - whether that's with you directly or through our architect.

Choosing your conservatory colour

If you are creating a room with a view, imagine sitting inside your conservatory looking out. By choosing a soft subtle colour, your eye will easily drift into the view beyond, whereas a white frame can be strong and stark, holding your attention more than the view.

Another consideration is dual colour where you can choose a different colour for your internal and external frame, which may be useful in some circumstances.

Our colour selection is vast, ranging from classic shades of white, through to muted greens and greys, and more diverse bold colours including blues, purples to silvers and black. You can choose any colour for your conservatory including one from our National Trust colour range, a selection of exclusively inspired fauna and flora colours, derived from our country surroundings in Hampshire.

Once the colour is chosen, the frame is powder coated in our factory before being baked in our paint ovens to create a tough durable end result. Our paint team are highly skilled in delivering a consistently superior and uniform finish that is regularly tested to ensure we meet and exceed the all-important industry standards.

Our intelligent design process

Our expert designers work with very fine tolerances and high level accuracy when designing your conservatory. To achieve the necessary precision, a good deal of time and skill is spent on each component. Our designers use the latest 3D design software and computer-aided analysis tools which allows us to:

  • Provide bespoke designs to complement your home
  • Highlight any possible site issues
  • Design in accordance to relevant weather loading and material standards
  • Ensure the structural integrity and performance meets all the required industry standards
  • Carry out rigorous testing to make sure high levels of design and manufacture are met

Once the design is finalised we will then use state of the art CAD-CAM* software to seamlessly transfer the computer model data to the CNC**.

They constantly achieve superior quality paint finish, which is polyester powder coated for a long lasting durable finish.

Building your conservatory

Some of our customers prefer to have a one touch point of contact for all aspects of the project. We can offer complete building services to include plumbing and electrical works if required. Although, if you have a preferred builder, we are equally happy to provide them with a full set of building drawings - we would continue to work closely with them to ensure the building works are of the required specification and quality.

If you are an architect acting on behalf of a client, please get in touch and we will be happy to provide you with a full set of section profile drawings, photos of finishing details and up to date technical details as required.
