The best british bluebell walks

Tolly Mcrae

Spring is an unpredictable time of year and with Chelsea Flower Show right in the middle of it we need to make sure we’re ready for all weathers, that’s why we’ve teamed up with British company, Tolly Mcrae; their beautiful handmade blankets are ideal for cosying up underneath if the wind turns a bit chilly. See a few of their designs on our Chelsea stand or visit their website.

Lime Wood

If you’re looking for a little luxury, Lime Wood hotel set in the beautiful New Forest is the perfect retreat. All fans of Chelsea Flower Show will be pleased to hear about a joint event we are holding with Lime Wood; Garden Designer Ann-Marie Powell will be giving us an insight in to what trends to expect at this year's show. Join us on the 7th May at 12pm. For the last few tickets, call the hotel on 023 8028 7177. Take a look at their website here.

Bluebells

One of the most beautiful sights of spring are the carpets of bluebells and they are everywhere at the moment. Get out while the sun is shining and enjoy one of Britain’s stunning bluebell walks. Find one near you here.

Rotterdam Wind Turbine

We love hearing about other engineering projects and this one is truly exceptional. Architects in Rotterdam are planning a giant wind turbine with the middle part being transformed in to flats and a hotel, complete with restaurants and even a roller coaster; hard to believe? Read more here.

Grown-up colouring

Whoever said colouring was a child’s game, hasn’t come across British illustrator Joanna Bashford. Formally a commercial illustrator for brands like Nike and Absolut Vodka, Joanna’s inky drawings have been put together in a gorgeous ‘grown-up’ garden-themed, colouring book. Read more here.
