For the third year running, Alitex and The PIG are hosting a unique event, providing a behind the scenes look into this popular destination restaurant.
Have you ever wondered just how The PIG manage to get their food from garden to plate in a matter of moments? The team at the restaurant are opening the doors and letting us in for an exclusive Kitchen Garden Tour. They will reveal how they make their menu work with home-grown vegetables, salad crops, flowers and herbs.
