Such are the great benefits of growing within a walled garden that many of you are creating your own from scratch.
If you are starting with a new build greenhouse you can be more flexible in design but the traditional principles are hard to beat.
Use local walled gardens and greenhouses as a source of inspiration but, unless you have a great vision, employing a garden designer to make sure the end result lives up to your expectations may be a wise move, and one that saves great heartache and possible delay.
As a full or ¾ span lean-to, a greenhouse is the ultimate focal point for any garden. It is also enables you to extend your growing season; protect delicate species and, of course, get your seedlings off to a flying start.
